For many centuries the Rovero family has cultivated their estate of 20 hectares, of which 15 hectares are vineyards, 1 hectare fruitgrove, 4 hectares of arable land partly with vegetables. The estate is situated in the hills of Monferrato south of Asti, with a superb "terroir" for the production of high quality wines. The three brothers, Michelino, Franco, Claudio and their sister Rosanna, continue the family tradition with passion.

They have developed their estate by increasing the surface and by adapting techniques that respect the environment and the safety of consumers, generating an authentic product. The Roveros chose organic farming many years ago, and applied it wholely. Organic farming has become a reference for many farmers who perceive the necessity to install a different relation with the land they are cultivating. The wines are: Barbera d'Asti "ROUVÉ" (matured in barriques), Grignolino d'Asti, Pinot Noir, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Sauvignon, Riesling, Brachetto. The estate's distillery produces several grappas of different cultivars from grape-skins.
The method of distillation is discontinuos and with "bain-marie", using only freshly pressed grape-skins, resulting in a grappa that has maintained the maximum of original aromas of the grapes, for the pleasure of the most pretencious palates and for all who appreciate high quality products.
